Sunday, May10^th,  so let’s make this a grand day of celebrations. Unfortunately, my mother is deceased, but I have a group of special women in my family to celebrate with.

Well, purple is my favorite color, so I have decided to wear a purple rose for Mother's Day to symbolize “Mother's of Royalty”, because of the amazing women I have in my life that are great Mom’s.

Delightful Thursday

I thought it would be cool, to share with you my Delightful Strawberry Tortilla. Spring is here and summer is on its way, so what's a better way to kick off the summer with a lite way to healthy eating. Lets start with my Delightful Strawberry Tortilla:

*  2 Tortilla's

*  1/2 Spoon of honey mustard

*  8 Leaf of baby spinach

*  1/2  Sliced tomatoes

*  1/2 Sliced cucumbers

*  6 Sliced strawberries for some sweetness
